I now know it looks to be very good

I downloaded it last night and read everything. When you take your measurements do not put in half sizes. The dot (.) is not a number so it will not start the important stuff. Now that I have the important stuff I can try it out and see how it goes. It gives you an eating plan and a fitness plan for every day. The exersizes look like they are great. It starts out easy enough that you won't get discouraged and builds up as you get going. I think I am going to like it.
